Grosse Perdekamp, Board Certified and specializing in Medical Oncology and Hematology, sees patients on Tuesday mornings at Kirby Hospital. This unique service allows patients local and convenient access to state-of-the-art care and National Cancer Institute-sponsored research programs. Services provided include initial and ongoing medical evaluations, performance of diagnostic lab and x-ray exams, discussion of treatment goals and options, and administration of various treatment therapies. If chemotherapy is recommended, it is given in the clinic by a registered nurse who is specially trained in chemotherapy administration.
